Online Concierge

resQwest Concierge was designed to fulfill the needs of a Concierge to use the internet to maintain a vendor database in one system and to meet the needs of the visitor who wants access to vital concierge information online.

The system is designed to automate the Concierge Rolodex, and provide for electronic brochures, on-demand printing, e-mail out functions and integration into company websites.

Utilizing our highly flexible and scalable database engine, resQwest allows the Concierge to maintain all of their vendor information on one system which may also be distributed to any portal over the internet.

The Concierge can allow the vendor direct access to updating the vendors own information, and the vendor may also take advantage of providing live reservations directly with the Concierge.

resQwest Concierge provides a number of reports to further enhance the customers experience.
