Dolphin Quest is a multi location client with operations in Bermuda , Hawaii and Oahu as well as an office in California and a Call Centre in Virgina.

Dolphin Quest was looking for a solution where they would be able to centrally manage programs, inventory and reservations, while giving the same opportunity for each location to have seamless availability and day of guest management. resQwest and rQ-Rez+ were chosen as it matched the needs for Dolphin Quest, as it provided a “cloud based” software solution that would instantly link all locations, power their website and allow for outside vendors such as Hotel Concierge the ability to view availability and make real time bookings 24 hours a day.

rQ-Rez+ is specifically designed to allow for multi locations and to set up a central reservation office if required, which can dramatically reduce the cost per reservation per location. Reporting across all locations is now ‘on demand’, and data collection is standardized allowing Dolphin Quest to quickly respond to changes in their marketplace.
