Dolphin Research Centre, located in the Florida Keys is a not for profit education and research facility that offers a variety of programs that allow the public to interact and learn about bottlenose dolphins.

 To manage their growing number of education programs, DRC selected resQwest for a reservation and inventory management system. Allowing for online, paid, confirmed reservation from their website was crucial to their selection of resQwest.
rQ-Rez allowed them to customize the program to fit with their needs, and they were able to quickly install, train and offer online reservations.

DRC has seen an increase in their online reservations, specifically from international visitors, and they have seen a dramatic decrease in the number of ‘no-shows’ for their programs.

DRC is currently adding a ticketing module offered by resQwest to manage their yearly fundraising dinner.
