Fantasea Bermuda is the leading provider of Tours, Charter Boats and recreational activities in Bermuda.
With a diverse offering of activities, from Diving, Sailing and Boat charters, Fantasea turned to resQwest for their experience in providing unique reservations systems.

Fantasea had the unique challenge of not only managing shore excursion Tours for visiting Cruise Ships, but also managing several charter, dive and tour boats – all offering a variety of activities for all visitors to Bermuda.

reQwest was able to implement several modules into Fantasea’s custom system, that not only managed their cruise ship shore excursions but all of their tour activities, as well as managing boat inventories.
With resQwest being a server based application “cloud computing”, access into the inventory can be done anywhere with an internet connection, allowing for several locations to have access to the inventory.
This proved very valuable to Fantasea and their team, which relies on several operations having to coordinate information, and with all inventory with real time updates, their operations improved.

Fantasea was also able to have real time reservations from their website, and to allow for the island Concierge desks to access available tours and book directly online, thus increasing their sales.
