Pez Gato was looking for a solution to be able to book online from their website, and to give greater access to their reservations rather than managing solely on phone and email.
Having up to date availability, tour manifests and the ability for multiple users to access the reservation book were vitally important. Reporting to track source and commission was equally important – utilising rQ-Rez, Peg Gato was able to quickly allow multiple access levels to their tour inventory, specifically to those customers who visit their website - they can now self book online.

Hotel Concierge, Destination Management Companies and Timeshare Offices can now all access availability to complete their own reservations 24 hours a day – giving Pez Gato confirmed guaranteed bookings. Charter availability is built into rQ-Rez and allows Group Charters to be quickly booked, and the corresponding Daily Tours to be adjusted or moved based on Boat Capacity.

Pez Gato has seen an increase in their Daily Bookings, growth in online reservations and no overbooking as a result of charters.
