Red Sail Sports is a multi location Dive and Catamaran Tour company with operations in Grand Cayman, Aruba and at the time of installation, Hawaii and St. Kitts.
Red Sail required a reservation software solution that could handle a complex Dive operation, with Daily Dive trips as well as courses and packages. Each location also offers Catamaran sightseeing tours as well as charter operations.
resQwest offered the perfect solution for Red Sail by combining and customizing several modules to allow for ease of access in managing the day to day operations, as well as providing a central reservation option to handle the majority of phone bookings.

Red Sail Aruba, which operates several Concierge Desks, utilized the rQ-DMC option to allow them to manage and book other Tour Operators programs, and reduce the administrative paperwork required to manage those bookings.
