Terramar is a leading destination management company (DMC) located in Los Cabos, Mexico.

Terramar along with providing services and transportation to large groups, was looking to grow their Leisure division which comprised of several Concierge Tour Desks and a Website selling area activities and tours.

resQwest products – rQ-DMC and rQ-Custom were chosen for their flexibility, customization and built in distribution system. rQ-DMC allows for their website and tour desks to access over 60+ individual tour inventories – all in real time.

Both the Tour Desk and Website customers are able to purchase tours in real time, and each of the vendors is notified of the sale.
The customers are provided with e-tickets, and the vendors are provided with real time reports of daily sales.

rQ-DMC provides detailed sales and reconciliation reports, thus improving the efficiency of the back office.

Vendors that are using resQwest products can be fully integrated into rQ-DMC for even greater efficiency.
