Wild Canyon, based in Los Cabos Mexico operates Zip Line, Bungee Jumping and Green Zebra Desert Tours.

Wild Canyon chose resQwest rQ-Rez+ to handle their reservation and location management, as it provides them with the ability to operate a call centre, enable their website with online reservations and allow the Park to manage the guests and payments.
The location of the Canyon is remote, and relies on Satellite internet connection, so using an internet based software solution was a perfect fit for Wild Canyon. Their in-town call centre, office and Canyon are now all inked using rQ-Rez+, as well as offering online reservations – Wild Canyon can now accept reservations 24 hours a day.

Wild Canyon, using rQ-Rez+, can now offer to Hotel Concierge and area DMC seamless inventory availability of their tours, and obtain confirmed bookings at anytime. This reduces the need for those clients to call for availability and it makes commission and payment tracking more efficient.
